Ad-hoc Website Assistance $100 per hour
All of our ad-hoc website assistance is charged at our technical website assistance rate, billed in 15 minute blocks. All of our website rescue services are charged at this rate, unless otherwise quoted.

Create Custom Page Templates For Your Website $100 per hour
If our clients want a custom built template for their website based on another website they like, we can do this. We recommend Elementor Pro.

Upload Pre-Built Templates To Your Website $150 for 1-5 pages
We have page templates ready to upload to our client websites, ready for clients to log in and add their own content. The website must be using Hello Elementor Theme & Elementor Pro to use these templates. This price is per website, based on 1-5 pages. Websites with 6 pages or more will be charged an additional $25 per page over 5 pages.

SEO Services $150 per hour
If you would like us to provide SEO services as part of your website rescue package, it is billed at our SEO services rate.

Special Web Dev Services As Discussed
If we need to engage a web developer for custom coding for integration of specific plugins or services on your WordPress website, we will on-charge these web developer charges to the client. If we have engaged a web developer for our own purposes, these charges will not be passed on to the client.

Migrating Websites & Domains to New Hosting $100 per hour
We can assist with moving your website from your current hosting service to a new hosting service if needed. If your website hosting is slow or unreliable, we highly recommend moving to a more reliable hosting option. This is charged at our technical assistance rate, billed in 15 minute increments.

Website Hosting Packages on our Hosting (Monthly or Yearly Subscription) from $15 per month
We have our own reseller hosting with cPanel and basic emails that we can set up for our clients. This is shared hosting with a super reliable Australian company.

Monthly WordPress Updates (Monthly Subscription) from $40 per month
We take care of all your WordPress updates - version updates, theme updates, plugin updates, backup's and security scans. This does not include content updates.

SEO Services $150 per hour
Do you need assistance with your Search Engine Optimisation? We can sort out your basic website SEO based on your focus keywords. Our SEO services are charged at $150 per hour and will be applied to all pages, posts, images, categories & tags.

IT Services As Discussed
If you are needing extra assistance with IT services with setting up emails and connections, we have an IT specialist we can refer you to. This will be payable by the client directly, or if you would like us to handle the billing side, we will on-charge at cost plus 10%.

DIY Website Installs (No Web Design Service) $800
If you are wanting a new DIY website install, we can help you with this. This includes logging into your hosting, installing WordPress and doing the basic technical set up, blank pages, basic menu & basic header & footer. This gives you a blank install to create, or we can install our templates for an additional $150 per website (up to 5 pages).

New Custom Designed Website Builds From $2400
We offer brand new custom designed website builds, starting at $2400 for a one page to $5000 for a basic website up to 6 pages. These new website builds do not include E-Commerce, this is billed separately.
