Have you been looking at our different offerings, and not sure which option to choose?

Here are some frequently asked questions about our courses and membership, which should help you make a decision as to which one is for you at your stage of business.

Little Biz Foundations is our original Workshop Series which started Little Biz as a business.

Little Biz Foundations takes you through 5 separate workshops that dig deep into discovering and documenting your biz foundations. These workshops are in-depth and designed so that you do the work during the workshop, so once you get to the end of the series you will know;

  • who you are
  • who your business is
  • why you are in business
  • who your customers are
  • how to talk to your customers
  • have an avatar created and ready to market to
  • address some of your mindsets that may be holding you back
  • getting clear on your business branding
  • choosing your marketing pillars to work on, and
  • learning my method of planning to grow. 

Little Biz Growth Academy has been created as a membership portal with a load of information, videos, how-to tutorials and resources specific to those in the start up phase of their business, or who are still quite new or need some assistance with certain aspects of their business & marketing.

If you are looking for a portal that houses a lot of information to help you with starting a business or side hustle, and learning how to grow your business and learn the basics of marketing. 

There is a small amount of cross-over between Little Biz Growth Academy and Little Biz Foundations, but both have a separate purpose. Little Biz Foundations goes into much more practical detail, whilst Little Biz Growth Academy introduces concepts and gives the knowledge of how to do them. 

We give you 12 months access to our membership. If you want to continue your access, you will need to renew your access, which would be another 12 months at the price you paid when you signed up. If you cancel your membership and sign up again at a later date, you would sign up at the current price at the time of re-signing up.

Little Biz Foundations is a one time purchase price and you will have access for as long as this is available on our course platform, but all purchasers will have a minimum of 12 months access to Little Biz Foundations.  If we are taking it offline, we will give you advance notice so you can complete the workshops, or if we move platforms, new information will be provided to access the course on the new platform.

Little Biz Growth Academy has a private Facebook group, that you will be invited to once you join the membership. I will be active in the Facebook group, as well as a moderator or two, depending on how active the group is. We will also record a video once a month to answer any questions that you have. 

Please note that you do not get any 1:1 access with Melissa when purchasing the membership or course, unless you purchased the VIP option which includes SOS session with Melissa. You are able to ask questions on the dedicated platform and they will get answered, however they may not get answered right away.

If you are a start-up or very new business, without much business experience, we would recommend you sign up for Little Biz Growth Academy first. Watch the videos and implement the suggestions. This will help you to build your business and grow.

If you have been in business for a while, but struggling to hit your target market with your marketing efforts, then Little Biz Foundations will be best for you. If you are still new to digital marketing and using platforms such as Meta & Canva, then perhaps start with Little Biz Growth Academy and then get Little Biz Foundations once you are able to use Canva and Meta confidently.
