I’m super excited to be part of the ASBAS Digital Solutions program, run by Business Foundations. This is a federally funded initiative, that offers small businesses and start-ups affordable, and personalised guidance across all things digital in your business.
What's The Cost?
For just $100 + GST you receive up to three hours of expert advice. Plus you get a dedicated Planning & Assessment Session to start the program. The first session is with one of the Digital Advisors at Business Foundations. You will meet with your advisor who will work with you to create a personalised digital action plan based on your current business needs. From there, they will connect you with the best Digital Experts (like me) to help you work towards your goals on your action plan.
Further to the digital action plans, ASBAS also provides a range of free workshops and webinars that you can register for. These are to help you level up in specific areas, such as:
- Cyber Security & Data Privacy: Keeping your business safe from scams.
- Digital Tools: Automate and simplify with tools like Acuity, Calendly, and Xero.
- Branding & Content Creation: Get creative with Canva for amazing designs and videos.
- Social Media Strategy: Facebook, Instagram, and beyond!
- Website Building & SEO: From Squarespace to WordPress, plus SEO tools to boost your visibility.
- E-commerce Essentials: For your online shop on WordPress, Shopify, Amazon, and more.

How the Digital Solutions Program Works
Sign Up
Complete the online form and pay the $110 (including GST) or enter your voucher code to register for your Digital Action Plan.
Planning Session
Meet with a Digital Advisor to discuss your current challenges and needs. From this session they will create a personalised action plan.
Book Sessions
You will be assigned 3 hours of Digital Expert assistance, and suggested workshops based on your current needs. Book your sessions & workshops
Expert Sessions
Come to your Expert Sessions prepared with everything you need to get the most from your expert sessions. Don't forget to ask questions and take notes!
Eligibility for the ASBAS Digital Solutions Program
To qualify for support through the ASBAS Digital Solutions program through Business Foundations, your business needs to:
- Have an active ABN
- Be a for-profit business
- Employ fewer than 20 full-time staff
- Be based in Queensland, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory
- Not already been through the ASBAS program (round 2), which commenced in 2023
- Eligibility for the program is based on each active ABN

No-Cost Digital Action Plans for Eligible Local Businesses
If your business is based in one of these local government areas, you could be eligible for a FREE Digital Action Plan. This means you can get your four hours of expert assistance at no cost to you! Here are the areas and contacts to reach out to for a voucher:

Getting the right digital solutions can make a huge difference in both the efficiency and growth of your business!
Digital Solutions have a range of FREE Workshops available, online and in person – simply choose the workshops you want to join, register and attend.

During your initial session with your Digital Advisor, feel free to mention if there’s a specific expert you’d like to work with. If the expert aligns with your action plan, they will be allocated time on your digital action plan.
If you want to work with me, make sure to let them know you want to work with Melissa at Little Biz, and what services you want me to work with you for (WordPress assistance, SEO assistance, website audit, hosting assistance, keyword research & website optimisation, website content creation, user experience audit & assistance).
The ASBAS Digital Solutions program covers one set of 4 expert hours per ABN across the three-year period (2023–2026). However, if you have more than one ABN or if a business partner has a different ABN, you’re welcome to apply for additional sessions through those separate registrations.
If you still have hours available in your Digital Action Plan, reach out to your Digital Advisor to request the remaining time to be re-allocated to the expert you would like.
If you have used all of your allocated expert hours and you would like to continue working with one or more of your Digital Experts beyond your funded sessions, it may be possible if that expert offers additional services privately.
Since these additional sessions will be outside of the ASBAS program, rates may vary – just be sure to discuss pricing and scope before moving forward!

As an indication of my pricing, please find more information below;
- Technical WordPress website assistance is charged at $100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments
- SEO work including keyword research, Technical SEO work, marketing strategy / content creation / etc is $150 per hour, booked and charged in 30 minute blocks.
- I do offer VIP Days and VIP Half Days, along with SEO retainers and pre-purchased blocks of hours. Please contact me via email for more information and availability.
