Sometimes it’s a quick rescue.
Sometimes it takes a few sessions to properly untangle things.

Yes. Website Rescue is for self-hosted WordPress websites.
This includes websites built with Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
If your website is on another platform, I’ll let you know honestly if I’m not the right fit.
To support you properly, I’ll need:
• WordPress admin access, and
• Hosting login details (or permission to access them)
This allows me to work safely and efficiently so we can move forward without unnecessary delays.
Website Rescue can help with:
• Plugin conflicts and errors
• Broken layouts or pages
• Website edits and updates
• Slow or bloated websites
• Theme changes or adjustments
• Hosting migrations
• General WordPress issues that feel hard to explain
If it’s in WordPress, it’s worth asking.
Website Rescue is designed to be calm and considered, not rushed.
I work during business hours and respond in order. If something is time-sensitive, let me know and I’ll be upfront about whether I can help within your timeframe.
My aim is always to help grow confidence with your website, not confusion.
Whilst you may not understand how to implement what I am doing, I will do my best to explain everything in plain English and show you what I am doing, so you feel informed and supported.
Get in touch and tell me what’s going on with your website. You don’t need the right words, just a starting point.
We understand that managing your own WordPress website can be a little tricky or time consuming. Sometimes you encounter issues that you just can’t work out… we can help! We also have monthly support packages and offer reliable website hosting – giving you the peace of mind that your website is in good hands!
All of our ad-hoc website assistance is charged at our hourly rate, billed in 15 minute blocks.
If our clients want a page template built for their website, we can do this. We specialise in using Elementor Pro, but can also use Divi or other page builders if you already have a different page builder on your website.
We have our own pre-built Elementor page templates that are ready to upload to client websites. The website must be using Elementor Pro page builder to use these templates. This price is per website, based on 1-5 pages. Websites with 6 pages or more will be charged an additional $25 per page over 5 pages.
All page templates are pre-populated with placeholder content. The client can add their content to the template, or I can add the client's content at my hourly rate (above).
If we need to engage an IT specialist or web developer for custom coding for integration of specific plugins or services on your WordPress website, we will on-charge these IT / web developer charges to the client. If we have engaged an IT specialist or web developer for our own purposes, these charges will not be passed on to the client.
We also offer other services including;
