Most of my clients host with VentraIP, they are Australian based hosting with fab support. CPanel hosting which includes email hosting, and you can add your web guru as an additional user to keep your account secure.
Self-hosted WordPress websites - WordPress is open source and installed via your own hosting provider. (Not to be confused with WordPress.com, which is a WordPress hosted option with more restrictions).
Easy to use drag and drop Page builder. Works best with a very light (simple) theme like Astra or Elementor Hello. Elementor comes in a free version and paid version - we use the paid version to build all our own & client websites.
WooCommerce is the most popular plugin to create e-commerce (online shops) on the WordPress platforms. It integrates with many other plugins and has many different features.
There are a whole range of WooCommerce extensions, giving you a range of features to help you make your online shop work just the way you want it to!
Payment Gateway for online payments, integrates well with WooCommerce, however you can also set up product links directly in stripe, which is good for certain business types.
Fabulous for all your basic SEO requirements, helps with keywords & enhancing your SEO on your website. It gives you recommendations to improve your SEO based on the keyword provided - for pages, products & categories.

systeme.io is a great alternative to the popular course platforms. It has a yearly fee that is on a sliding scale, starting with a free version & an affiliate program for affiliate marketing. We are using systeme.io for our Little Biz Courses & Memberships.

Keeps all your passwords in one place and secure. Fantastic if you can't remember all the different passwords for all the different websites & memberships. Can also generate secure passwords to help keep you secure.
Cloud storage to store your backups, but also store and share your files and images. Many programs will integrate directly with dropbox for cloud storage. Dropbox works across different devices to keep accessibility handy.

Virtual sticky-notes, helping you to plan and keep track of your online to-do list. You can create many different boards and lists, add checklists and invite users to the boards to collaborate. You can make it pretty by updating the board colours & backgrounds too.
Monday is the tool of choice here at Little Biz to keep me organised. It has a free version and then different paid versions, and integrations to trello and other software programs. You can invite users to collaborate and has different view options - oh, and it is pretty!
TidyCal is a calendar booking system that is much more affordable than the alternatives with a lifetime deal on AppSumo! TidyCal integrates with stripe and zoom, which means you can take payment & create zoom links automatically for bookings made with you.
